review 5/11/09- planning the musical

Today we joined with the other group and started to plan everything such as the positions of the actors and photographers. this is important because without it we would be all over the place. we analyzed the setting to see where the props were going to go and the things that we needed. we also had a flat floor plan to mark the places and equipment. After this we used the cameras to take pictures of the plan so qwe could get a very clear idea of where everything would go. I feel that now finally everything is coming together.
